The MBA Officials Association (MBAOA) was founded in 2020 as part of the Military Basketball Association (MBA). The MBOA's primary function is to provide officials with the opportunity to officiate military basketball at the highest levels. It serves a secondary function by helping Installations hire quality basketball officials for their Varsity basketball regular season games. The MBOA has members all over the country and work every level from the G League down to JUCO basketball on both the men's and women's side and is constantly looking for officials to join its ranks. Officials that work regular season games are evaluated and if selected can continue on to work conference tournaments, The MBA Eastern/Western Conference Final, and the MBA FInals.
