Coach Mayon has been coaching installation basketball since 2010. Coach Mayon's varsity level accomplishments are USFK Champions 2014-2015, National Military Basketball Runner Ups, 2015-2016, CUSMBL Champions, 2015-2016,CUSMBL Champions, 2017-2018, Yongsan MLK Champions 2015, Ranger Jam Champions 2016, El Paso Battle of the Badges Champions, 2016 (Military and Law
Enforcement), Fort Carson Veterans Day Champions, 2016. Coach Mayon's mentorship extends past the installation level as he has had 4 players leave his program and have successful college careers. One of which became an NAIA All American. Coach Mayon's proudest moment was his first championship in 2009 at the Heidelberg Summer Slam. Coach Mayon is one of the original founding coaches within the CUSMBL in 2018 to support the Military Basketball Association and serves as the President of MBA Basketball Operations.
